If you ship direct, a mailer box is often the outer box and the unboxing in one: full-colour print inside and out, a tab-lock build with no tape, and an insert for glass or pumps. Mailer boxes start at 100 pieces, with production typically 12–18 days.
A first-order checklist for beauty brands
- Product size, weight and fragility, especially glass and pumps
- Whether the box will sit on a retail shelf, ship direct, or do both
- Material and finish: kraft for an honest look, coated art paper for premium colour
- Insert: tray, foam or corrugated divider, so items do not move in transit
