Custom Rigid Boxes

Rigid boxes, also called setup boxes, are made from grayboard wrapped in printed paper. They hold their shape on a shelf, feel substantial in the hand, and suit products where the packaging is part of the gift: candles, jewellery, cosmetics sets and gift collections.

That structure takes longer to build than a folding carton, which is why rigid production is typically 18–25 days. For a first test, a single sample is a sensible step before committing to a full run, and the dieline is still free within 24 hours.
